ODAA members have access to a real estate agent referral service that operates throughout North America. Members can be introduced to local agents, from well-known real estate organizations, by completing the form on this webpage or by calling 1-800-203-9494.  A relocation expert will assign a pre-screened real estate agent to you based upon your needs. The relocation expert will follow-up with you, on a periodic basis throughout your purchase or sale transaction, to monitor the agent’s performance.

There is no cost to obtain a real estate agent referral and, in addition, you are under no obligation to hire the assigned real estate agent. As an added bonus, if you close a purchase or sale transaction, through the assigned agent, you are entitled to a cash payment that will equal $25 for each $10,000 in real estate transaction value. For example:

Sell a home for $800,000 and receive a cash payment of $2,000
Buy a home for $900,000 and receive a cash payment of $2,250

The cash payment can be used to pay your annual membership fees, put towards your closing costs or to furnish a new home!

We have included a national MLS data base to help establish a budget for your next move by viewing the values of properties in your current and new neighbourhoods. A map showing amenities will appear under property listings and a reward calculator will appear beside each property listed.
