HOW THE OFFER WORKS

Let All-Purpose Realty introduce you to an agent to buy and/or sell a home and when utilizing this agent to complete a residential transaction, you will receive your FANCASH REWARDS. It is as simple as this.

All-Purpose Realty (APR) operates from a central customer care centre and is your first point of contact for your home buying and selling journey. They will introduce you to an agent from a well-know brand  name firm  in the market you are buying and/or selling. The agent selection is based on your needs, whether you are a first time buyer, searching for a condo, single family dwelling, acreage or more. You must use the referred agent to qualify for the rewards. We recommend that if you don’t like the referred agent, don’t sign any documents and you are under no obligation to participate in the reward offer. APR can find another agent that better meets your needs. Rewards are based on using the referred agent.

FANCASH REWARDS

FANCASH REWARDS are based on the completed real estate transaction value at the rate of $25 per each $10,000 increment of the sale or purchase value. For Example:

Selling a home for $350,000 and receive $875
Buy a home for $450,000 and receive $1,125
Total rewards in this example are $2,000 

There is no cap on the reward value and FANCASH REWARDS are paid in the currency of the country the transaction was completed, within 45 days of the possession date of the subject property.

This offer is available in all provinces in Canada. In the United States, the offer is available in the states that permit real estate rewards. Please see the disclosure list that follows including state guidelines to determine if this reward offer is available to you.
