There will be one winner with the winner receiving 5000 AIR MILES® directly from the contest sponsor, All-Purpose Realty. If the winner doesn’t have an AIR MILES® account, All-Purpose Realty will delay processing the AIR MILES® for the winner for up to 15 days to allow time for the winner to obtain membership which is required to process the rewards. All entries are going to All-Purpose Realty for re-marketing purposes and processing rewards only.

Contest Rules:

• Entrants must complete a ballot form during the contest period or call All-Purpose Realty directly at 1-800-203-9494 using the code CAMRT. Entrants can complete and submit the ballot form provided below these contest rules. Ballots require the entrants name and contact information and only one ballot per family.
• The contest entry deadline is March 31st, 2024.
• The draw will made by Cathy Lewis of All-Purpose Realty from their location in Ajax, Ontario and will take place no later then April 2nd, 2024.
• The contest winner will be contacted by April 4th, 2024, by Cathy Lewis of All-Purpose Realty using the contact information provided by the winner and the rewards will be processed by Cathy Lewis within 2 business days.
• The contest excludes employees, family, or friends All-Purpose Realty.
• The contest is not available to residents of Quebec.
• There will be no skill testing questions.
• If entrants decide to use the All-Purpose Realty real estate agent referral service to buy or sell a home, they will qualify for cashback rewards worth thousand of dollars based on the transaction value of the subject property. This is not a contest requirement.
• Not intended to solicit properties already listed and/or purchasers under an agency agreement.
