Contest Period

• Contest valid April 29, 2026 to May 11, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

• One entry per family household. Members referring another Legion member to Memberperks for Legion can submit a second ballot for such a referral, providing they are not a member of the same household. When referring a Legion member to the Memberperks program to qualify for a second ballot, provide the Legion member contact information of the entry form.
• This contest is open to all residents in Canada, and excludes employees of All -Purpose Realty Services Inc. as well as members of their immediate families (living in the same household as the employees). The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  To enter Contest, you must fill out the form at the top of this page. The form will collect the following information: full name, email address, phone number, city and province of residence, and age, Limit of one (1) ballot per person during the Contest Period, the exception being current members who have referred a new member to join  the Memberperks-legion program  If the information you provide when entering is inaccurate, your entry will be void.
• When completing the form, entrants will also be asked to confirm if they consent to receiving email communications from All Purpose Realty Services Inc. Entrants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions contained in the marketing communications. Prize Description

• One (1) Prize of $500 Cash the “Prize”) to be awarded within 10 days from the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be provided via electronic transfer to the winner within 10 days after the random draw.

Prize Drawing

• Winner will be randomly selected via a draw from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period. The draw will take place at 6 Seggar Avenue, Ajax, Ontario L1T4C8 on May 16, 2026. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email at least three (3) times within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards All Purpose Realty Services Inc. or its affiliates.
• In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question, and they will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing  All -Purpose Realty Services Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 5 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to All Purpose Realty Services Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time, or if they fail to correctly answer the skill-testing question, another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified.

Condition of Participation

• Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. All-Purpose Realty Services Inc. do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the Prize. The prize winner(s) agrees by accepting the Prize to release  All-Purpose Realty Services Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules.

Chances of Winning

• Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Ownership of the Contest

• The contest is managed by All Purpose Realty Services Inc.
